About St. Vincent de Paul
Founded in 1916, St. Vincent de Paul High School is a small, coeducational Roman Catholic, college preparatory parish high school. Located in Petaluma, California, one mile away from St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. Our school has a strong sense of community and support among our students, faculty and staff. In our most recent WASC report, our school was described by the visiting team as the “Friendliest School in America.” Our students strive for excellence, make a difference, enter to learn and leave to serve. St. Vincent’s is the best preparation for admission to a competitive college and lifelong success beyond academics and athletics. There are currently 200 students (grades 9-12) in attendance who come from southern Sonoma County and northern Marin representing 20+ different partner schools. We are a part of the Diocese of Santa Rosa and are accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and the Western Catholic Education Association (WCEA).
